These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any project we might work on together — that would be covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price and timeline.
About the work shown on this site
The builds in our Work section are self-initiated concept projects. They are real, live builds, and the brands named are real brands — but they are not paid client engagements, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming a commercial relationship with those brands.
We label this clearly wherever the work appears, and we mention it here as well so there is no ambiguity. All trade marks and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
The free homepage audit
The free homepage audit is offered without charge and without obligation on either side. Requesting one does not commit you to buying anything, and it does not commit us to taking on your project.
The audit is our professional opinion based on reviewing your page. It is advice, not a guarantee: implementing a recommendation may or may not increase your conversion rate, and we are explicit throughout about which suggestions are well established and which are hypotheses worth testing. You are free to act on the findings yourself, with your own team, or with another agency.
No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site should be taken as a promise of a particular commercial outcome. We do not publish conversion-lift figures, because we will not quote numbers we cannot evidence. Any performance figures stated anywhere on this site describe work that exists and are not a forecast of what your site would achieve.
Our content
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Webko Digital unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote or reference our writing with attribution and a link. Please do not republish substantial portions wholesale, or present our work as your own portfolio.
Links to other sites
We link to live builds and third-party sites where it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice — including pricing indications, service descriptions and the work shown.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
