Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to information you send Webko Digital through this website. It is deliberately short, because this site does very little with data.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your website address if you choose to give it, and your message. All of it is optional in the sense that you are free not to send it — but we cannot reply without a name, an email address and a message.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we have no account system, so there are no passwords to store.
What we do with it
Form submissions are delivered to us as an email and are not written to any database. We use them to reply to you, to prepare any audit or proposal you have asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation in our email inbox.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact-form submission. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party session recording. Nothing on the public site is tracking you between visits.
The one exception sits outside the public site: our content management area at /studio uses cookies to keep an administrator signed in. That only applies to us, not to visitors.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers process technical request data such as IP addresses and user agents in order to serve pages and to keep operational logs.
- Google delivers and stores our email. Contact form submissions travel through Gmail’s mail servers and are held in our inbox.
- Sanity stores the text and images that make up this site’s content. It holds no visitor data.
Each of these is a substantial provider with its own privacy terms, and each processes data on our instructions rather than for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially useful — typically while a project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. If you would like your correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because the only data we hold is email correspondence, these requests are usually straightforward to action. Email webkodigital@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or comparable legislation. We will honour those rights regardless of whether they apply to us strictly.
Children
This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we start using analytics, add a newsletter, or otherwise change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your data and leave this page describing the old behaviour.

Questions about any of the above go to webkodigital@gmail.com. See also our Terms of Use.
